Jobu Golf Support
Jobu Golf runs golf groups: weekly games and season standings, Ryder Cup–style trips with live scoring and AI recaps, and each group's chats, photos and videos.
Signing in
Enter your email and we'll email you a 6-digit code. If your group's organizer already added you, you'll land in the group with your history. Otherwise you can start a group or join one with an invite link.
After signing in, you can choose to log in with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint from then on. Turn it on or off any time in Profile. If it isn't working, tap "Use an email code instead".
Groups
You can be in more than one group; switch between them in Profile → Groups. Organizers invite people with the group's invite link, set up weekly games and trips, and can make other members organizers.
Scores and pairings
The players in a match, the team captains and the group's organizers can enter or correct its scores. Organizers set up games, trips, schedules, rosters and pairings, and can lock a trip once it's complete.
Chats, photos and videos
In the Clubhouse, each group has a chat for everyone, and during a trip each team has its own chat. Long-press a message to react, reply, report it or block the person who sent it. Add photos and videos with the + button, or in Photos & Videos, where you can also add them from past Cups. Anything you added, you can remove.
Notifications and AI
Choose which notifications you get in Profile → Settings → Notifications. Choose whether your name is used in AI recaps in Profile → Settings. Make or turn off a link for your own AI app in Profile → Settings → AI connector.
Deleting your account
Profile → Settings → Delete my account. See the privacy policy for what's deleted.
